Yes, Monsterbox aim to deliver excellent customer service. We provide standard One Year Warranty for Monsterbox X1 Max.

If your device is defective and it is still under the warranty period, we will either repair or replace your unit free of charge or handling fee. Shipping fee to our US warehouse is to be paid for by the customer.
